Idle surge w/ac off

Idle surge w/ac off

When my car warms up it starts jumping from 500-1300rpms constantly, but as soon as i turn my ac on it goes away. Any suggestions??

Hmmm strange indeed. tried flushing the cooling system of air bubbles? also checked the vacuum lines for small pin ***** holes?
