b16 headgaskets
apparently the b16a has a 10.2:1 cr and the b16a2 which makes 10 more hp has a 10.4:1 cr. ive ready the biggest difference is obviously the compression. does this mean that its just a difference in the thickness of the gasket for these 2 motors? would it be advisable to just put a b16a2 headgasket on a b16a?
sorry if this question seems a bit elementary for the average HT member. just curious.
also... ive heard there are more than 1 b16 head designs out there. im not talking about the port job on the b16b. thats obvious. but actually different combustion chambers between the different heads. any truth in that? if so...which is the most desirable b16 head?
