Default Parts List. Add What I'm Missing..(posted in allmotor as well - too slow)

Hey Guys,

I've scratched the built boosted D idea in favor of an lsvtec on a budget. Below I've listed all the parts that I can think of that I'll need to put the engine together from the bottom up. The engine will be going into an EH2. Please add to the list if I've missed something. This is NOT about what parts are best for the setup, I just want to list everything I need so I can work up a budget. Thanks in advance!

The list starts from the bottom up:

Axles
Tranny
Flywheel
Clutch
B series Mounts
Shortblock - Complete
Headgasket
Head Studs
Head - Complete
Timing Belt
Intake Manifold
Throttle Body
Header
Distributor
Plugs/Wires
Starter
Alternator + Belt
Engine Harness
P28
Tuning!

I'm sure I've forgot something, add it please.

A couple of questions:

1)Does a complete head come with the fuel rail?
2)Are all the sensors I need integrated into the 1 engine harness, or are there more than one harnesses?
3) Is there a harness that connects from the firewall to the actual ecu, or does the engine harness on the engine side of the firewall run directly to the ecu?

Thanks guys.

1. No, a complete I/M comes with a fuel rail, along with injectors, fpr, and all the varied sensors (which I assume you know about).
2. Should be only one rat's nest.
3. Not totally positive, but the harness might go through the relay box before entering through the firewall.

As for your list, I'm sure you're aware of all the sensors you need if you're going to attempt this.

depends on where you get the "complete head". Some do some dont. Most complete heads should come with one and come with valve cover, head internals like cams, valve springs, retainers, valves, etc.
