Hey, just tried to install my SiR gauges, and they seem to be having issues.

For the start, how did you guys wire up the electric vss? Do you need to run it to the ecu? My signals are the next fucked thing. When I signal left or right, my tach needle ticks with it. Also when my 'brights' signal light and my turn signal indicators are always lit up, when I turn on the brights, the tach goes down. Let me know if anyone has ideas. I followed the wiring diagram for the crx. I have crx Sir gauges going into a 90 si hatch. Any help would be wicked.


*Also, dash/cluster lights havent worked for months, checked fuses and bulbs.

 

first off who wired it up?
did you do the correct wiring...
wut kind of SIR is it a 4plug cluster from japan?
and the vss is electrical so you need an electrical VSS in your tranny...
and yes b-16 is the wire that revices the signal from the VSS to the computer and it also goes to the cluster...
