KYB AGX Struts w/ Neuspeed or H&R Race Springs
How do the Neuspeed springs compare to H&R, I really know nothing about suspension yet, just want to lower my car...

have you did a search on both springs??? theres plenty of topics on those two springs 
all i can tell you is that h&r sport and kyb agx shocks ride good enough to not annoy your grandma.
