What do you suggest for seat brackets

What do you suggest for seat brackets
If you had some jdm recaro's, would you prefer to:
Mount them on Recaro brackets and sliders $320
Mount them using basic bracket with no slide. $75
Recaro bracket lower the seat by like 1 1/2-2inches
Basic bracket lowers the seat by 3-4inches.
