My 97 accord LX has an Am radio you cannot listen to with the engine running. If you shut the engine down the noise goes away. If you are close to a station you can get it to work. I noticed there is a TSB 98-058 on this item. Any ideas what I need to replace add or fix?

 

There is a in-line filter that you can hook into your setup called a "ground loop isolater". You can purchase it at an automotive electronics store, and if I am not mistaken, Radioshack has them as well.
