CRX Questions
I'm looking at this particular CRX, I think it's the 88-91 model, but I'm basing this on the tail, a link to a pic is here.

I'd like to know the stock performance options for this CRX, and what "Si" or any other names like that mean. Thanks!

That IS an 88-91 CRX.
The Si model has a D16A6 making 113hp, it's also the heaviest model CRX. The DX's and HF's have a D15A1 making like 92hp. The HF weighs like 1850lbs making it the lightest. The Si has some cool stuff like better door panels and disk brakes.

The A6 made 108hp, but it was underated, so 113 sounds good.
And the CRX dx had a d15b2, not a d15a1. Also, the Hf, had 8 valves, not 16, which, I think, it had a d15b6. Im not sure about that.
EDIT: Si means Sport Injection.

That is an 88-89 JDM CRX Si with the dohc zc engine.
The SiR was a 90-91 model.

CRX stands for Civic Renaissance X
of the 88-91's the HF and Si were the only ones with MPFI while the DX has DPFI.
88 Si's the most sought after model because they are the lightest of the Si's, have a sunroof, a/c and open eyelet rear LCA's that attribute to the "passive rear steering" like that of the Integra Type R.
The 88 Si's also had a smaller diameter clutch and slightly different cam (if you don't believe me on the cam as the guys making power with their ITA crx's, what cam they use!). IMHO, the 88 Si's had the BEST looking bumpers and lights.
1988 CRX si with factory "special edition" spoiler.
