my 93 del sol overheated last week. i dont have the money right now to do a swap. all the body work has been done to it and it needs a motor. i had somebody offer me $800 but feel like im getting ripped. anyone have a fair price for a 1993 del sol that may need a motor? any help is appreciated.

 

Just look for someone selling a d-series motor to drop in during an afternoon. If you look enough, you can locate one for under $300.

 

What exactly is wrong with it? Did the block or head crack or something?
