Where's the best Northern Cali Acura Dealer provideing Car services?

Sunnyvale, Stevens Creek, Los Gatos, Marin, Concord, Oakland, Modesto, Elk Grove...????????

 

anyone from the northern cali have any experiences with the dealers?

Car services? You mean like maintenance? Niello Acura in Sacramento is pretty good. My DC2 is from them as well as my mom's 2005 TL. Never had a problem with any of the mechanics or sales people. Good customer service, from my experience.

oakland acura is good, although the guy who drove my car out when it was done took his foot off the clutch and killed it right in front of me haha.

 

Do NOT and by all means...do not go to Oakland Acura. Serramonte Acura gets my thumbs up! They gave me a free oil/change the next time I went there after I did my water pump/timing belt there and even washed my car. I also got to drive a brand new fully loaded TSX as a loaner car while they worked on mine.

They have a brand new facility too with staff that treats you perfectly.

No their vehicle sales. My dad was in the market for a TL when they first came out. They were hard to come buy, but not impossible to get. He put his name on the waiting list at Mike Harvey, and they called him to come down to look at one. They had originally quoted him MSRP for the vehicle, but when he went down there, they tried to jack up the price by $5K, saying that there was a premium on them. My dad said screw that, and went to Oakland Acura, where he got the vehicle for the price he was quoted.

Mike Harvey Acura is a shady dealership known for adding markup (usually $4-$5k) on popular vehicles as well as other questionable charges

Slow service, one of the technicians tried to tell me that more was wrong with my car than I orginally brought it in for, and they did not follow up on the service that they performed, unlike Serramonte Acura.

 

Go to Mike Harvey Honda in Burlingame and ask for Elton Hom. He's a Honda technician there and is top notch. Tell him Gary Lee of the BAAE sent you. He's a cool guy and knows his stuff. And he's a really good autox'er.

 

Another for serramonte acura. Very helpful and good and checking those little problems that I complain about all the time. Wash my car everytime I bring it in for service too.

 

I've heard good things about Niello Acura. I went to school with the owners son... cool kid

 

So far its Neillo and Serramonte Acura..

 

Niello Acura is cool, but their entrance isn't "lowered friendly."

that's why I take the back entrance, from the mattress place or whatever that is

 

I've done a good amount of business at Acura of Modesto both warranty and after warranty. They are by far one of the best places I've had a car worked on. Their estimators are very honest and won't try and get you to do work you don't need. When I had a warranty, they never even questioned the things I wanted fixed. I'd go in a say "This is jacked" and they'd say "Ok we'll put in a new one". They've also had most of the same employees for a long time which shows that they run a good business.

 

that would be a problem if I go to Neillo. Car is lowered to. but i guess its kool if the service is good.

 

Good scouting. Never went around the back of the club.
I like to take my big *** truck when i go there and watch the porshe guys watch me while i park in that tight *** parking lot.
