Default Friends accord with H22 having problems

My buddy has a 99 H22A4 in his 95 accord, converted to OBD1 with a hasport wire harness. When the harness got here, they had 3 days to get the motor in because he was going to a show and the wiring wasnt all correct so one friend rewired the incorrect portions. He has just got a GSR ECU to run it with vtec(he had been using his accord ECU) and when the GSR ecu is plugged in the car bogs down when sitting at idle, and even stalls out. since this was giving us problems we took my h22 ecu out and put it in his car and it run a little better then the GSR but it still bogs down and stalls out. The GSR ecu worked fine in my car. We plug the Accord ecu back in and it runs fine and is drivable. Any idea what could be causing this problem? Thanks

first unless the p72 (gsr ecu) is chipped for a prelude, dont run it, second, since the accord ecu is running fine and the p13 is not, im guessing you have not switched the wires for a6 and a11, a6 should be for o2 sensor (cause of bogging) and a11 is for egr, check that out...its prolly whats wrong

yes accord ECU is working then and now. Thanks we will check that out, anybody else have ideas?

Edit: just spoke to the owner of the car, they switched those wires last night so in saying that should the H22 ecu work fine in it now? Also I thought the p72 was interchangable with the p13. We put the p72 in my car to test and it worked fine so it should still work in his without shutting off? thanks

p72 will plug in and run, however its made to run a 1.8l engine, so you will be running way lean and can damage the motor, if youre using it to just start the engine and test at idle its fine, but dont drive around or go anywhere near vtec with a stock p72, and if they switched the pins last night you should be good to go with the p13

check for loose vacuum lines, or maybe map sensor wiring

how did you convert to obd1? change distributors and the whole 9?

ALSO what injectors are you using, a4 will not work w/p13...way to small injector.

yes everything was converted, well that explains why the h22 ecu worked better then the GSR ecu, the h22 only bogged some but never stalled, the GSR ecu stalls out time after time
