2 transmission problems
First problem: Its hard to put it into 1st gear after driving around for awhile. Have to force it in.
Second problem: Not sure if this is my fault or not since im new to driving a stick. I'll downshift and give it a little gas and let off the clutch, when it catches the car clunks...
If anyone has any clue to what the problems are please let me know.

first gear only likes tp engage from a stop or rolling really slow or if you "rev match" it...its a honda thing.
The clunk you hear sounds like drivetrain shock. Do you have an aggressive clutch? Aftermarket motor mounts?

Motor mounts, misaligned shift linkages, bad syncro blocking rings/keys/syncro sleve shift forks damaged. That and you need to learn to rev match when downshifting, raise the RPM's about 1000rpm's or so put it in the next gear down and slowly slowly let out on the clutch til you get good at it.
