i guess its cuz my car sticks to the ground now. but after blowing up so many motors i guess you could say im worried. i put on some nice 225 BFG's and it seems like my cars a lil slower. it could be a mental thing considering before all i did was spin 2nd like crazy so maybe mentally i was thinking " hell yea"

well it depends...if you are not launching high off the line, then the tires will just stick, and you will bog...the other gears though should feel the same. If you are judging "slower" by your rpm, then maybe thats why. the rpm will go up slower because your tires are not just spinning, but your car should pull a lot harder.

 

How much taller in diameter is the tires now with the 225? That could be why if it's larger.
