Well I took my car for a spin around the block for the 1st time in about 2 1/2 months...(didnt know what i was missing). My car feels completly different. now w/ a built c5, new brakes and paint... so im convincing myself this is going 2 be a pretty bonerific ride until I start 2 feel a slight shake the front passenger I had a feeling before i took my car off the jackstands that the wheels bearing might be starting 2 "get tired" so that was my guess. NEway i get home and i put on the stand and my pass. wheel has about 1/4" of play....(thinking 2 myself GREAT!!) now im gonna have 2 take the whole hub assembly off again 2 replace my 4th wheel bearing... this is getting 2 be a money pit..oh well just throught id see what kind of wheel bearing youd guys would suggest using? thanks

well as it turns out after I got off work at 3:30 today i managed to have time 2 pull the hub and have it at my local shop before they close so i could get the bearing pressed hopefully without any problems it will be done tomarrow then i might show some pics if im happpy

 

Did you bring them the whole spindle? Also how much did it cost for the shop to press out the old one and press in the new one?

yes sir, everything, 20 bucks... so 60$ total, i need this back though its still at the shop and my car needs 2 be rolling by friday so i can take it 2 the paint booth

 

a brand new rear is like70, dunno how much a front is
