Default Accord Lowering

I want to lower my 95 Accord about 2" but Im kind of on a tight budget. So I want to know what would be the best way and most affordable way to do this. Im trying to do it under $350-$400. Could you include brands and models if possible. Any input will help, thanks!

Do you have the GR-2's or the AGX's? Because even on ebay the cheapest AGX's were 290 shipped which is still great. And then where did you get your sprints from? I found some Neuspeed Race Springs on ebay for 160 shipped. So the AGX's and Neuspeeds would be 350 altogether. Anyone elses input...
