have a stock clutch assembly in my 2001 gsr
just put my turbo on...knowing it wouldnt last long
took it down to the track the othe rnight...ripped it pretty hard
when my prevoius clutch went...i could hear what sounded kind of like a heat shield throughout my powerband.
when i start from a stand still or am in any gear going around 2k im hearing the same noise......all heatshields are removed so...
also...about a week ago...if i shifted down to 2nd hard id break out all over the place...decided to test today and the car isnt going anywhere quicker.

is it time to order a clutch? could it be something else?
still learning...so all help is appreciated

 

Honda clutches are hard to tell...

Put it in 5th going uphill from a stop and see if it boggs or dies.

Get ready for a clutch anyway, I like Action Kevlar a lot...
