Is the rear sway bar hard to change?

 

nope, bout 6 bolts and it's off.

 

Yeah if you doing the ITR swaybar then you have to drill. If you have the tools then its fun.

 

Some of the bolts like to rust up and seize during removal. That should be your biggest difficulty right there.

On an ITR there is no drilling needed. Two bolts to remove for each bushing holder (as mentionned might be rusted so use a "release all" type lubricant ) and one bolt at each end connected to the suspension arm. 30 minutes job.
