My First Accident
nothing horrible, some guy just tried to turn in front of me with no room in a Jeep Grand Cherokee, car is banged up, hopefully this gives me a reason to get a new one, still waiting on an estimate, want to get a new car but i dont know how that would work, i dont think the damage will exceed $3,000 but who knows...

nah, it happened last on the Tuesday the 10th but it was in my town at like 10:30 pm, at least it wasnt my fault and insurance would cover it, and can anyone else help me with how getting a new car would go, would i have to fix this up? would insurance give me money towards a different car? and this accident is going to make my car salvage titled too isnt it?

Easily $3k+, but not totalled (assuming it's a GSR).
Insurance isn't going to give you money toward a different car unless it's totalled. Just get it fixed.
And you're SOL on a salvaged title unless it's totalled, which i HIGHLY doubt it is. It seems mostly cosmetic.

I'm gonna have to disagree with Brandon, even if it is a GSR its still a 94-97 and that looks to me like some serious damage. Guaranteed more than $3000 to fix that all. I hope it works out for you. And glad to hear you're all right

I stand corrected. If it's over $3k (which it looks like it is), it's totalled, easily.
on me for not doing research first.
