Default tranny clutch noise question

Hey Ive got a 96 gsr and it just started to make a metallic rattling noise at about 1300-1800 rpm.
It sounds like it's coming from the clutch/trans and I was thinkin maybe something with the flywheel but im not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

once again .. thats the rattling noise coming from the header .. either take it to the shop and weld the loose piece or change the header

no it is not the heat shield, my car makes that sound also from 3000-3500 rpm, this is a completely different sound from a completely different place so could some1 with some knowledge try to help me out, once again i think it may be coming from the flywheel but i am unsure
