Ok, I had an incredible amount of pain gettng this figured out. The DRL module isn't really documented as to where it is in the Helms or aftermarket guides because it isn't on the American edition, just the Canadian one. I couldn't find ANY pictures of the damn thing to go by online the net.

Here is a step by step picture guide on how to repair the relay. It is a common failure in hondas here and the dealer price to repair it was $230 + taxes installed. F that.
