Default What should I do to fix my frame?

When I bought my car the frame was in need of some patching up, it's gotten a bit worse since then, but it's to the point where it needs to be fixed to get safetied. The red circles spots on the pic below are where it needs to be fixed. I've got access to all the welding gear I'll need, and someone to do the welding, and that's not gonna cost me anything so I'm not worried about the price.
What are my options? Can I buy that part of the frame new (aftermarket or OEM)? or just weld some metal over it and make sure it's sealed up all nice?
The car will be getting completely undercoated after I get it fixed to make sure that it doesn't get like this again. The floor is mint, I've ripped up all the carpet, and checked from under the car and there's no problems there.

Btw, it's an 89 CRX Si if that makes any difference.

So, what do I do? Suggestions?

so those red spots are basicly holes?

i would take it to a body shop or where ever and have them check from frame straightness.(maybe it tweeked since its messing some structure)

then if its all good, bust out some metal and weld up some reinforcements

Yep, those red spots are holes. The frame is straight, I've already had it looked at, I'm just not sure what is the best way to fix it. Should it be strong enough if I just get some new metal welded over the holes and make sure it's solid?

yeah, my 89 si was just like that, too.

what you have to do is cut everything rusted off from underneath, weld on new stuff (be it bought from honda or made yourself) and then undercoat it. if you have the shop and welder its not too hard, but if you don't its a bitch.
