TV's in headrest's, whats required?

im new to all of this kinda stuff so i dont really know audio/video. i want to do some small screens in my headrest's so that i can watch dvd's in my car. whats all required? i know ill need 2 screens and a dvd player. any brands you guys reccomend? i also want the sound to go through my stereo. so any tips or anything would be great guys.
