Default What flywheel/clutch combo for B16 tranny in a B18c1 teg?

The 109 tooth or 112 tooth flywheel...I have a USDM starter.

Also do I buy a clutch/flywheel for a 1999-2001 Civic SI or Integra GSR 1994-2000.

Don't worry about the tiny little details. Any combination of pressure plates, clutch disks, and flywheels from a 99-00 Si and a 94-01 Integra are completely interchangable with each other.

I think I've made my decision.

AI4-HDSS - ACT Heavy Duty Pressure Plate with a Performance Street Disc

and

600110 Streetlite Flywheel

$610 total

sound good?

Default choice

that is the clutch/pressure plate I am running.
I am running an exedy chromoly flywheel though.
It has a good feel but the clutch chatters making a squeeking noise. This I have heard is common to ACT clutches.
not a bad combo, clutch/pressure plate combo really only needs to be stepped up if your adding power or driving more aggressive then the old set-up is intended to be.

The exedy out performs the act and is cheaper. I have the exedy and it requirs a agressive driver who loves lots of boost or big hp numbers from a all motor. ps no sqeeks from it either

The $260 Exedy Clutch?

The ACT Streetlite is $409

I don't want to have to end up replacing it later...

are you joking?
stop applying false information to people

act out performs exedy pressure plate wise

the disk i would have to say its all preference

i really like the CM kevlar disk but it doesnt fit in a act PP

but all in all ACT is best .. they do more R&D

and makes there PP from scratch not building from a stock part and adding fingers

and im running a fidanza aluminum F/W 7.5 lbs
ACT extreme PP
turbo clutch stage 3 disk (fiber tough) looks like a 10 puck LOL its the best i can explain it

my set up is a semi built gsr, turbo , nitrous vtec plate
10psi w/ 100 shot direct port
made 390hp

but personally im gonna get out of the single stage disk era
next time i build another beast it will be on a twin disk tilton with a dual mass F/W

Dude what ever. I have had that crap. Come talk to me when you have had the hands on expereince. I have and the exedy is better. In 8 months you will need to replace your cheap crap act. Exedy is the better of the 2 there might be better but out of the 2 exedy dominates.

so your trying to tell me all that you just listed got you into the 10's? is that a 1/8 th mile? im guessing so,
you can talk all you want but concidering your trap time and trap speed i call BS on a 1/4 mile
show me your time slip and please dont grab someones else time slip from the track

the funny thing is i havent really seen a t3 turbo get into the 10's and still daily driven

specially in a 91 integ, you know what you listing your parts like that reminds me of those people that rolls around the street with the stickers but dont have the parts at all

my 94 integ is on a t3 and direct port nitrous and i for sure know im not in the tens
if your car is tuned.. why do you still have a fmu?

if you are going to try to speak some sense please come up with a better set up that

you remind me of this guy that came to my shop and said

he had a 98 cobra, racing a r34, he had a veilside kit, and he was clocked at 203 mph in 6th gear... now you tell me do i seemed impressed by your statement..
