i got tired of the gunmetal color on my buddyclubs. I was thinking about polishing the rims and was wondering if i have to sand the rims down? The rims are in perfect condition. My process was gonna be...

1) aircraft paint stripper
2) 2000grit sanding
3) steel wool
4) mother's mag & aluminum polish

anything im missing?
