i have an accord 04 exl 4cyl. 5 speed. sometimes when i shift to 3rd. it feels like its not in but it is. on 4th gear it feels like it bounces back out. this does not happen all the time but enough to bother me. can i upgrade to better bushings or is the shortshifter the answer? i would appreciate anyones help about this. jim mass.

Does it feel like it is, or does it actually?

 

thank you 1sikteg. it does actually go into gear,it just does not click in or have a positive feel. what i looking for is a more precise feel to the shift. jim mass.
