Adding keyless entry to 1999 honda accord sedan
I purchased a used 1999 honda accord sedan that did not come with key fobs. I thought I could just purchase some fobs and I could use keyless. I later found out that I might need the control module. Is this true for a 1999 accord? I thought all cars now-a-days came with this feature.
Can anyone tell me if this is true, the part # of the module, and the location of part ?
Thanks much!!

Is it an EX or LX?
I believe that the '99 EX came with keyless entry, in which case you just have to program your key fobs:

If you have an LX, it is prewired for remote entry but doesn't actually have the control unit. I have a '99 LX sedan and added it a few years ago.
You can pick up the unit from handa-accesssories.com for ~ $155 plus shipping (probably no tax since they are in California and you are in Texas). Scroll down to "Keyless Entry for LX":

Take a look at the installation instructions if you want to. There's no cutting or splicing or anything, just a lot of replacing, plugging in, unplugging, etc, and screwing in the base module into the spot it's supposed to go (like I said, the car was built to accept it, it just doesn't have it).
If you buy that system, you'll also get a couple of new key fobs. And if you want to open your trunk with your fob, that's another $25 (look right above the "Keyless Entry for LX"). I bought the trunk opener but haven't installed it since I have small kids who like to play with our keys, I'm afraid of having them pop my trunk one night without us noticing.
