lsvtec with ctr pistons, necessary to clay the motor?
hey i have a head and tranny and i only need a block
i'm about to get a complete ls block with ctr pistons and eagle rod bolts already installed in it
can i just put my stock head on the block myself and go with it, or should i get someone to build the longblock for me
if i do it myself i'm just going to use the golden eagle conversion kit, and when i put the head on the block i jsut put the crank at tdc and the cams pointing up right??
also i heard that i must get my motor clayed??
what about in the future when i want to run big cams like buddy club 4's
