Default Maintenance Light - How do you shut off?

I have a 2004 Honda Accord EX V6 at 7,500 miles the maintenance attention light came on. It was just a typical ploy to get me to spend unnessary money on tire rotations, oil change etc. which I have done elsewhere. The dealer told me how to get the light to turn off by pushing certain controls, but I have forgotten. The car now has 15,000 miles on it, and once again, the light came on again. Does anyone know what are the controls I push to turn this annoying light off?

HELP.

with the car FULLY off hold the reset button and switch the car to the accessory position, the light will turn off after a few seconds.
