Default distibutor not getting power

as title describes. i have got my swap in, (DOHC ZC), and went to start it and it didn't start. it turns over good, i am getting fuel, but i checked the two wire connector that goes into the dizzy for 12 volts and i don't have power. i have checked my grounds and made sure all of my connections are good. does anyone have any suggestions? BTW i swaped my car from obd-0 to obd-1 and i did the wiring that JKOBD said to. thanks for any help.

i checked everything again and i have found this so far. i have 12 volts on the blk/yell i put the red lead off of my meter on the blk/yell wire and the blk lead from my meter on the tranny ground and it read 12 volts. it does not read twelve volts when i put the blk led on the blue while the red led is still on the blk/yell wire that goes into the distrbutor, it does on my crx so i know that it supposed to.

If I remember right, (dont have a manual handy) the blue wire is for the tach signal. If you disconect the blue wire from the igniter (the one on the side) it should still run.
