will a clutch from a 91 crx dx fit on my 88 hf tranny?
And how can i identfy what kind of tranny i got.

Hey man, Im definately the Guy to ask your clutch questions. You can identify the tranny if it still has the serial #, youd have to take it into Honda to find out. the clutch will not fit. 88 clutch disk is a 21 spline and 91 is a 20 spline. The 91 disk is also larger in size. Any 90 or up civic/crx disk would work. Pm me for more info or if you need a clutch
