Would I lose power . Skunk2 cat back vs. Apexi WS

Would I lose power going to a Apexi World Sport cat back from a skunk2. I love the Skunk2 since its mandrel and kind alarge but the muffler is ugly. Car a a b16, Dc 4-1, Skunk1s, aebs manni

Even if it was a matter of 4-5whp, I would put on the WS so my car didnt sound so gay.

Yes you will definately lose power and if you have a pretty high power setup it will be more than 4-5whp lost compared to a straight-through muffler system.
