Default catback exhaust ?s

my friend and I were debating this the other day, assuming I had a 5th gen hatch or 4-door like I want and I dropped a B series engine in like I want, and I were to get an Apex'i N1 like I want, what would I buy, the one for what the engine comes w/(like if I got a B16 I would get the N1 for the Si or Del Sol) or would I just buy the respective one for my car. I say I get the one for my car because it will still mate w/ the B series engine fine and I need it to be bent right, right length etc. Now he says it won't mate w/ the B series quite right. Thanks a lot!

the catbacks take into account the model of the chassic of the car ..but u can just about get either and a decent muffler shop can usually mondify it to fit with no problem..or u can do the mods. if u have all the tools

get the one made for the chassis, like deepnite said. You may need to account for the diffferent length, but that can be easily done by removing or adding sections to the piping. Or, you could just get a custom hi-flow cat that's made to the correct size and bolt it all up.

yeah bhcvc thats was kinda my idea because I want a 5th gen sedan and I plan on slaping a open element filter or a cheap intake and the N1 on and maybe then I planed on getting a high flow cat eventually anyways so I might just wait till I get the enigne and then if there is a gap I can fix it w/ a different length cat
