95 civic headlight question

i run projectors, 180$ brand new.. they come with 40$ bulbs
stock civ headlights blow, i didnt do it for the "ricey" look, i did it because i almost clipped a biker and swerved off the road one night, after that.. **** it, i need to see where im going.

92 - 95 civics have H4 bulbs... hi's and low's in the same bulb.... so both hi low at the same time is impossible...if you have projectors its a different story...yes its possible to have them on at the sime time... just have to wire the lights up differently... probably have a bigger fuse... run a constant to the low beam when the highs come on...don't know the specifics....good luck... just get hid's u'll b fine
