Default Suspension Difference?

Quick question...Does anyone know if the struts from a 6th gen civic will work on the 5th gen civic? I looked at work to see and they are different part #'s so if I went with that then they won't but I figured it was worth asking a few of you guys...And if they will work, does anything need to be modified to make them work?

im assuming 6th gen is 96 and 5th is 93??? lol i dont usually get all technical with that. if thats the case then you can expand the rear strut forks.. lol. but i dont think youd want to do that though.
