you should be good with the s2s1's, but i wouldn't go any higher than that.

CTR or ITR cams would do good also.

just do what i'm going to do and boost it

CTR cams!!! Seen it many a times on the dyno, people with very mild set ups trying to run too big of cams then swap to CTR just kill sall midrange and up top righ there with them. Skunk1 and Skunk2s I have seen

m22's are way too big for that setup..
If you get skunk stg 1's make sure you have some sorof way to change your vtec as it will bog because the x-over will be to low.
I'd say ctr or itr.
I know Boostedhybrid tuned an internally stock gsr with buddyclub 3+ cams and was in the 170 range before he sprayed nitrous. That was with just a plain dc 2 1/4 header with an exhaust and intake.. I was surprised

Well right now I have S2S2 cams & S2 cam gears, along with portflow titanium retainers and portflow valve springs.....and I really want to go with a less aggressive cam......

So right now it seems like S2 Stage 1s or CTR cams. These cams I have now are total overkill, but then another question arises.

Can I run S2 Stage1s or CTR with titanium retainers and portflow valve springs?

Is the idle lumpy? Are M22s made for 11.X+ compression ?

mill the head...alil (for assurance) and add a mugen headgasket. toss the stage 2's in there...with 10.6 compression (stock) and a mugen HG...no miling or head work made 198 whp and 131 wtq. skunk stage 2's are an awesome cam

im not sure if Mugen headgasket is really that good...i mean they are durable i dont think they perform really well on dyno...my tuner said that its harder to tune when u mill the head or use a thinner headgasket because not everything is aligned on the timing...correct me if im wrong...thanks

I think I am looking for something just a little more aggressive then CTRs. I've decided to go with BC3+s. ANy feedback on the BC3+s ?
