an other help me pick my cams thread :)
ok i have an lsvtec b18a bottom and b16a head the head has been resurfaced a few times and the block has been decked the compression of my forged pistons is supposed to be 10:4.1 but i also have supertech high comp valves. i am not really sure what my compression sits at right now but here is what im considering for cams
skunk 2 stage 2
civic type r or integra type r
buddy club spec 3's
whoever helps me the most will be my new adopted online dad.
the motor also has I/H/E and all the bolt ons etc.

If your head has been milled and your block has been decked then you have some SERIOUS things to consider. Having a STOCK B18 block with a STOCK B16 head will give you more compression than 10.4.......I think you may have yourself in a bit of a pickle man......
the compression with a b16 head on a b18 block with these pistons is supposed to be 10:4.1 according to JE. i just have no idea what my compression is at now since its been milled, decked, and with high comp valves
Trending Topics
most heads get milled 30thousands, (to achieve the compression equivalent to no headgasket) which yields a compression increase of average .7 points
Flat faced valves are supposed to be an increase of .2-3 (very ruff estimate)
your block being decked is just about a decking process and not the same as milling. so very little is taken off. i hope in your case not enuff to make a big difference.
who ever did your machine work should have informed you what your new specs and measurements were if not take the time to find out they are very important to know.
if you are sitting at about 11.4-11.6 right now. anything that isnt your exact measurements is a wild guess. im trying to help you understand what to expect not telling you facts.
but if you indeed end up over 11:1 then any of the cams you listed would do a great job, stage2s preffered for the top end power.
