what y1 clutch and flywheel?

Alrighty, I got a first gen b16a with a y1 tranny. First of all what clutch setup do i need on it. I just wanna get like a stage 3. Also, what flywheel do i use?

you need a 90-91 integra clutch.. and any b-series flywheel and pressure plate. i hear good things about the Exedy clutch setup.
