==========> timing belt help!?!
The timing belt is rubbing against the valve cover and the lower plastic houseing. it seems it is in place and doesnt shfit around. Is this safe? I tried adjusting it back, but it always goes back. any help is appreciated. thanks honda-tech peeps

Sounds to me like the timing belt guide washer is missing. It keeps the t belt from sliding around on the crank and cam gears.
