What do you mean by shudder? As in the light beam bounce up and down?

Yes they shake any
but they dont flicker on and off
I noticed this on a bad section of the freeway tonight
any ideas?
ive heard that you can removed the rubber shroud around the stock bulbs and transfer them over, but there is not a groove for the ring to fit around

did you do a conversion kit? if so, what company made the conversion? I would talk to them as that's a sign of a poorly made conversion.

I'm using the rubbers from the stock bulbs. And they fit perfectly now.

It is not the bulb, but the bulb housing...They all "wiggle"...Maybe it is just more prevelent with the HID's.
