Im pulling all my harnesses getting ready to repaint the whole damn thing, but damn do i really gotta do that? Its really a giant PITA. All the clips are stuck in there hard as ****. Anyone at least have tips to take out the clips easier? Right now its i either snap the ziptied clips or they come out with alot of strength or they dont come out at all.

I wonder what they do at MOB works in cali. They must know somethign that i dont.

the clips are easy to get off but the ones that are tied down with zip ties and stuck in the holes are a pain in the ***, but its hella worth it in the end when u hide all the wires looks so much cleaner. It just takes time, i pryed on them with a flat head and just worked from there. if your gonna paint it yourself the sanding part is gonna be the biggest pain in the *** i never worked so hard on my car until i sanded the interior i spent close to 30 hrs on sanding so far and its not even close to done. goodluck and have fun

Yep thank god im not. LOL but my painter said that there probably is going to be a **** load of orange peel on the inside when hes done painting. Wet sanding is going to be a bitch for him.

But yea im taking out the clips in the engine bay for the wiring harnesses and man what another PITA. i hate clips and wheni m done with this project im not gonna be tackling anything like it for a lllloooooong time.

LOL just had a friend take out all the clips. He doesnt like working on cars at all but for some reason he was so quick and good at taking out the clips. He went at them with a baby screw driver and got them all out in the back of my car, LOL Thank god for friends.

good shti man, mine looks about the same minus the arm rest and the dash. I gotta just take out the hand brake and lines and im set to get it sprayed. I got the dash totally naked none of the reservoirs and all the lines are all with nothing on them. Man im scared though about when putting back together the harnesses and ****. I dont have ahelms. Need to buy one soon cause when times come around to put the whole car back together im gonna be screwed with these damn harnesses. Im gonna have to buy more of those ziptie clips also along with some screws for the engine bay as they are rotten to hell and look nasty.

i used dry ice, froze it. hit it with a hammer, and then it breaks like glass.
