The rpm meter doesent even go lower then 1000. And its only when im going slow and i leave it in park or neatrual i loosen the throttle cable. I just have no idea what the heck its happening. My check engine light doesnt come out. Though i think is the air speed control but i want to hear other oppinions on what it could be. I just dont want to go wast 250 on a air speed control.

In other word my honda accelerates by it self. On Park or neatrual what can it be????

Well you accelerating in neutral could be....but this is a guess, could be gravity and inertia.

You need to use sentences and descriptions as to what is exactly going on...otherwise no one can help you.
