try some teflon tape on the bolts then torque down to specs. wouldn't hurt?

Did you replace the cooper washers??? If not try that. I have replaced a few of them and never had to use teflon tape.

i wraped the threads on the banjo bolt in the teflon ape in teh rotation they are being tightend and still there is a leak this time it is caused by the tape binding up near the head of the bolt and not fully seating, how many times should i wrap the bolt in teflon tape>?

just 2 wraps should be fine, makes sure you put some tension on the tape when putting it on.

Also when you wrap it, make sure you wrap it that you go in the direction that the tape will stick and not come unwraped and bunch up.

well no, but im not sure if i said this but the old honda filter had a copper surfaace in which the copper washers, banjo line, another copper washer and banjo bolt all sit... and on the new filter it is all steel, not sure if this would seal as good as the copper to copper but damn it should still work, im thinking of using rubber o rings give me ur ideas of wheter or not this is good or bad....
