Default I need motor help bad now please!

OK im hoping someone has had this problem and they know enough about motors to help me!!!!

ok heres the story.(cliffs at bottom)
I usually dont drive my car too hard i keep it under 5000RPMS 80% of the time. im running ls/vtec in my crx and will post the set-up if it matters later. but i was driving to work after school today and came to an intersection. i was in second gear at ~3000 rpms ( the car has been running great with NO problems at all for the time ive had it and today was no exception) right when i strainghtend out from the turn i shifted into third at ~4000rpms it bogs hella bad rioght when third gear is engaged so i shift back down to second.
so once im in second it seems to be running fine i was really sceptical about driving it still but i decided to make the trip to work which is like 6-7 more miles. when i get to work i shut it off and see if it will start back up, it struggles to start but turns over and it starts idling at ~500 rpms~!!!! and it sounds real shitty like its misfiring or something. then i give it a little rev and it blows out some black smoke from my exhaust! kinda thick. so im all kinds of bummed out and go to work, after work i really dont want to drive it, but i live like 5-7 miles away so im like screw it and drive home real easy on it under 4000 the whole time.
So now im home, and im like "i will take out the spark plugs and check them" so i get them out and they are HELLA black/carbonated!!! like really bad, something youd see out of a 2-stroke dirtbike! so i clean them and put em back in start my motor but it runs the same. i call my friend Zak and he comes over to chec it out, we crusie to his house to get his old wire/plugs from his b16 and swap them over(yes we connected them in the correct order) and it runs the same even after that. So were like screw it make a thread so here i am. it seems to be running on all four cylinders, so we are leaning towards my valves bwing fucked up.

ok to shorten it up for people who just want to know the problems in order to diagnose this:
1: exhaust is POPPY like misfiring or something.
2: when i revved it after the first shut off following the initial problewm point it poofed out black.carbonated smoke from exhaust
3:the sprak plugs were coated heavily in carbon
4:it idles at ~500rpms! pretty harshly as it increse and decreases.
5:when its running there is a heavy odor of unburnt gasoline.

im sure theres more im forgetting that ill get to later but has anyone had this problem? or know what the problem is? let me know thanks for all the help in advance..pull me through this h-t

Im not too familiar with LS/VTECs but maybe your o2 sensor **** the bed hard. And the computer is just dumping fuel in, thinking there is a lean mixture.
Thats just what i thought at first. Or possibly a stuck closed fpr. And your running at a incredibly high fuel pressure. Gotta start small, i wouldnt jump to the valves. The chances of all the valves failing like that are pretty minimal.

Is the car throwing any codes?

It blinks once to show is on. And after that a normal car wont blink.

After each beep there is a noticeable pause. If you ahve a digital camcorder, take a vid of it?

ok considering i have a swap(ls/vtec) would the map sensor be part of the new motor or on the crx? like a integra map sensor or a crx map sensor?

well since you are still obd0 i would assume that the map censor i still located on the firewall of the crx and not the intake manifold.

ok i did that trouble shoot chart and checked the voltage on the three wires. the first 2 pulled 5 volts which is where it should be, but the white wire said 0 volts. and i went to the ecu connections but theres alot of white wires, so where on the ecu would i find the wires for the map sensor?

edit:: am i sposed to have a ecu test harness?!?! where can i find one or whatever? or does anyone know where on the ecu they are.

The carbon disposits on your spark plugs are the indicator! You're running rich. also check ignition make sure you're getting a good spark(correct heat range of plug) you're already working on the engine management system so just make sure there's no problems, also check the fuel system-injectors,fpr, etc. If you suspect the valves are part of the problem the plug(s) will have oily disposits on them, oil leaking past worn valve guides or piston rings. P.S. make sure your air filter is not clogged friends car was running sh!tty and found out the air filter was clogged. hopefully you get everything fixed I'll check your post later have to go make some xtra cash for parts. Good Luck!

Its the map sensor... if the ecu doesnt see correct voltage or vaccum presssure in the manifold its going to dump all the fuel it can. As it thinks the car is at WOT.

get a self powered test light or some kinda of a continuity tester ( Digital Multimeter ) disconnect battery, disconnect ecu. then put one end on the white wire and go inside and run thru the harness till you get continuity and there is your wire. if you do not get any continuity then you have an open circuit.

Has it been shooting out black smoke all the time? headgasket might have gone, computer might be shot, or 02 sensor could be bad ( bogging )

ok read the ******* thread man...weve already established its my map sensor. i think it might be that since my car is stripped and theres no carpet covering the ecu then maybe a passengers foot could knocked some wires out....because theres 2 loose wires and one of them is white....tomorow im going to look and try to find what hole on the connectors they came from hook em ack in and then test it out......more details to come

LMAO yeah people are dumb.
http://www.norcalcrx.org/library/
download the CRX workshop manual and VTEC supplement. the troubleshooting and ECU wiring matches. That will help you some, you can trace the wiring for the Map on the wiring diagrams on the final pages of the manual.
I'd look it up for you, but if you aren't capable of that yourself, you're screwed anyway LOL
