Do they sell AMBER BUMPER LENSES for a 94' Integra?
I am trying to find some amber turno signal lenses for my girlfriends integra. Its a 94 and they come stock with the half clear/half amber ones which she wants to replace with some ALL amber ones like on the 98-01's or whatever...
Any place sell them? Or do they even make them? And what is a good idea if they dont have them for the 94? Front end converisons hard ha?
Thansk for the help...

I used the Kyrlon Stained Glass spray for my bumper lenses. They sell the stuff at Michael's. If you want to use the Tamiya paint, it should be at craft/hobby store.

find some of this paint......krylon 'stained glass' in orange at your local arts and crafts store like micheals.....or if you cant find it like me.....i ordered mine from....
http://www.texasart.com/store/...s.htm
buy some EUROCLEAR corners from nopi or whatever for about $16
b/c if you use the stock ones it wont look the same throughout as you know the stock corners have one section that is already part orange.
make sure you spray far away.....like 1 ft away in VERYYY light coats....if they are not light coats than the paint will stick on the lense and look like drops which is ugly...
apply as many coats as you want until you get your desired color....
now...some people put on layers of clearcoat....its up to you..
but i tried putting on some clear coat on some other ones i had and it didnt look as transparent afterwards...if you want to put clearcoat try doing only 1 coat....i did 3 coats and it got kinda non-transparent
the pictures i posted were without clearcoat
if i have time ill try to get some pics of the ones with 3 layers of clearcoat

I used the black bbackground lenses off e-bay, got some "black gold" paint from my hobby store. Tool some steel wool, scuffed up the surface a little, cleaned it with soap and water and did about 4 coats of paint, very slow and they came out really good. One side had a litte run, but once they are on the car they look real nice, a little darker due to the black background. I really like the way they look!

illuzion, they turned out good. do you have any problems with chipping from road debris while driving? i.e. little pebbles, rocks?
i have heard some people talk about gettin transparent orange film and doing all orange corners that way, has anyone done that before?

when i had them without clearcoat it seems that overtime the color doesnt chip off but it gets thinner and less amber. i recently resprayed them and then put 3 layers of clearcoat on to see if that helps prolong the life.

I just painted my amber taillights to red and i used krylon stained glass paint. They turned out pretty legit. All i have to do is wetsand and then buff to make them shiny. (They're a little dull from 3 layers of clear coat.) Everything only cost about $15, way better than buying new taillights, or corners in your case.

i too wanted to paint out my lenses... but in doing so i also wanted to do my tails. but like, the color i wanted was to go like with a black.. or a smoked look. im thinkin of doing orange for the front.. but i figure.. i might as well just go all "smoke" black around...but yeah... umm.. question is...
is there a spray that comes in black?
