Ive only seen on in my life the color is amazing. I actually have one, but I was curious to know if anyone had any info on the color year, models, ect. Thanks in advance.
He said purple...not blue. I've seen some purple DC4s, and there's a guy in my friend's club that has a purple DC2. I can't remember the color, years or anything like that, check at http://www.team-integra.net Goto the Articles and then to the Information, they have color charts for each year and which models the colors came on for G3s.
do you mean the redish purple?? My friends Ex had one it was a SE, cant remember what year it was. I do know she crashed it and destroyed it. O well at least i got the rear upper tie bar out of it.
According to T-I's color chart, Dark Currant Pearl was available from 95-96 on SEs. Dark Violet was available in 2000 on GSR's. Some of the info on the chart may not be correct though. My 98 LS is Taffeta White according to my color badge, but the chart says 98 had Frost White. Or maybe I'm wrong, now I gotta remember to check when I goto my car tomorrow.
All I know is the front end is CW for now.

dvp is more rare then ssbp. rarest of all i think is the citrus silver. The DVP is hard to notice since most of the time ppl mistaken them for black tegs

as much as I dislike when people refer to my car as purple I am not going to lie because in different light settings and angles, it does appear to be purple.
To the original poster are you talking about the ssbp or the dark purple ?

SSBP looks nothing like purple during the day. Maybe at night, but really you can't judge a color by how it looks at night. On a really cloudy day, DCP and/or DVP might look like black, but in the light it looks like purple. I rarely see the purple ones, I see SSBP more than DCP or DVP.

You are blind. SSBP is mostly "purple" both in the day and night.

If you're talking about this color, it only came out in 2000 on GS-Rs and is called Dark Violet Pearl. I would say there are probably only 1-2k made. They are rarer than SSBP because they were only made in 1 year. Here is my old car Barney, I miss him so. If you see some dude in the OC driving it, wave.

SSBP does look alittle purple at night(midnight purple rather than just plain purple) during high noon with bright sun, it's deep blue with a gloss of royal purple.. very nice. alot of complment by people, even by non enthusiast, expecially by girls.. they just seem to love it.
At night SSBP
