Default Suspension

Ok, so there are multiple, issues in getting a suspension setup properly adjusted, and aligned to optimized after changes.

So the question is after lowering a vehicle with coilovers, what would be the best way to manage, weight distrubution and also to control camber, would adjusting camber by means of moving the tire in/out closer to the centerline of the wheel or more towrads the top. What are the advantages of both?
