parts install question

anybody know what is involved in the removal and install of the circled parts?? welding or is it just bolts??
its the strut tower and the frame under the fender.

it looks to be welded yo, since it shows the screw that items #21 and 13 needs

uh.. yeah. def needs to be welded.. thats like the shock tower and stuff right?

Needs to be cut very carfully and then welded back. Take it to a body shop and they could do it. Might even be cheaper then going to honda and trying to do it yourself.
