i have a stock 88 crx i run around 10.59 is there any fast and cheap mods i can do to help out as well can not hook up in first gear. help me plz

10's are pretty damn fast man, but u cant be talking about 1/4 mile times for a stock crx

 

10.59 in the 1/8 mile probably.

My suggestions are get some sticky tires, traction bar, and polyurethane motor mount inserts to help with the traction.

As for speed bolt ons + cam + tuning and you should have a quicker car or just swap a newer engine in the car.

 

hell yeah, if your pullin 10's in your stock crx your going to have trouble hooking up. try putting rubber cement on your front tires, mad grip yo.

 

maybe you're talking about the 1/8 of a mile. what model of 88 Crx you have? HF, DX, Si? let us know what kind of "stock" motor you have. Than we can attemt to help. what are your goals? planning on staying all motor or Forced induction? let us know than we can attempt to help

 

um... who the hell has that little 4 line poem in there sig about 1.6 liter vtec flying by a domestic or something, i saw it earlier today, it was funny as hell but now i cant find it.
