Default Nitrous jet sizes for direct port

I'm assembling a direct port nitrous system from components, and have a jet sizing question.

With a NOS Fogger 2 nozzle on each intake runner, what size fuel and nitrous jets should I use to get a relatively small shot, like 60 or so? A table of sizes to use to get proper ratios and power levels would be appreciated as well.

I plan on scaling it up a good bit, but want to start out small

contact NOS, it might not even be able to run a 60shot, on alot of the dp kits 80 is the lowest. NX makes a kit that'll go lower, don't know if this kit will though.

you can go lower then a 75, but its not smart. the jets are so small that they can become clogged quite easily. one bad tank of gas and bye bye cylinder

i used this, but calling Holly will work as well. you best bet is to have a lot of jets. it will help properly tune it.

I plan on running a secondary fuel filter right before the fuel solenoid to help mitigate this, but you are right, it could be an issue.

Thanks for the calculator, that's exactly what I was looking for!

your best bet is to run an independant fuel system for the nitrous. then you can always have race gas for the spray. but thats getting into money.

Yeah, can't really afford that right now, but it's a great idea.

For reference, in case anybody wants to know, Holley recommends the following sizes for a 4 cylinder direct port nitrous system, spraying a 75 shot at 45PSI of fuel pressure, using the Fogger 2 nozzle.

Nitrous - .022
Fuel - .014

This jives quite nicely with what the calculator listed above shows. The calculator recommends a slightly smaller fuel jet (.012) though.
