teg front brakes on 90 dx hatch

teg front brakes on 90 dx hatch
i have some DA spindle with all the brake parts. what i need to know is do i use the teg upper controle arms. and do i keep the civic tie rods or do i need to swap the out for the teg ones. and any other info you can help me with
